By accessing or browsing any part of the truewinonline.com site (including its subdomains) or any other sites or apps we run (all collectively called the “Website”), signing up for an account there, or jumping into any games, you’re agreeing to follow (i) these Terms and Conditions, along with Appendix One; (ii) the particular rules and guidelines for whatever games you’re playing; (iii) our Privacy Policy; and (iv) the FAQs (we’ll refer to all of this as the “Terms”). You’re considered to have read, understood, and accepted every bit of it.
Take a moment to go through the Terms thoroughly. If anything doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the Website. These Terms also cover any betting or gaming you do on mobile devices, like through our downloadable apps (treating mentions of the Website as if they mean our mobile betting options too).
Essential Points to Know
You can only enjoy our games or the Website if you meet all the requirements laid out here (check out sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 for the details on who qualifies). That means, among other things, being an individual (not a business), at least 21 years of age, and not on our no-go list. If you don’t fit the bill, we won’t be on the hook for handing over any winnings (more on that in section 4.2 about your personal info).
Keep in mind, our responsibility to you—including paying out prizes in specific situations—is capped in certain ways (see section 8 on our liability). For example, that covers cases where someone tries to game the system or accesses the site in a shady or unlawful way.
Winnings can only be pulled from your account balance—you can’t cash out the credits you’ve added for playing (details in 1.1 on deposits and gameplay).
Sometimes, we might have to make calls that impact you and how you use the Website, like deciding on a prize payout. As long as those calls are fair and sensible, they’re set in stone and you’ll need to go along with them (look at sections 6.5, 6.6, and 6.8 for handling mistakes).
We could tweak these Terms now and then, say to keep up with new laws or rules. Any updates will show up right on the Website, and the latest version will always be there for you to see. If a change doesn’t work for you, stop using the site and shut down your account. But if you keep logging in, checking your account, or playing games after the updates kick in, we’ll take that as your okay to the new setup.
When we say “TrueWin,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our,” we’re talking about the company behind TrueWin. The TrueWin brand and the Website are run by Coin Technology Projects LLC, a legit outfit set up under United Arab Emirates law, with our main office at 30 Al Baqat Street, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
“You,” “your,” or “customer” means anyone dipping into the Website or our services, whether you’re registered or just browsing.
“Username” points to folks who’ve signed up using their phone number, email, Emirates ID, or something similar.
The Website comes to you at no cost upfront, and it’s offered just as it is—no frills or promises. We can’t swear it’ll always be up and running without a hitch, or that every bit of content will stick around. You get access on a short-term basis, and we might pause, pull back, end, or switch up any part of it without warning you first. If the site’s down for whatever reason—maybe you can’t add funds, grab your winnings, touch your credits, or place bets—we’re not responsible for that.
It’s on you to sort out whatever you need to connect to the Website smoothly.
Our site is strictly for folks physically in the UAE. If you’re betting from outside or using tricks like a VPN to mask where you are or who you are, we won’t pay out any prizes (head to section 3.3 for more).
That said, access to the Website (and everything on it) might be off-limits in some places. It’s your job to make sure you’re playing by the rules in your area and that betting’s above board where you live—you’re guaranteeing that for us.
